I know that as I put it together things will develop and it will change - and it'll change even more when I start to test it.
The two major problems I have at the moment is not having a welder or a space to work. At a pinch I probably could do the work at home. At a pinch.
The designs come to nothing if I can't make and test it...
I can't say that I'm an accomplished welder. I can stick things together and was quite good with heavy gauge stuff. Bicycle frames are very fine and requires a higher level of skill. So I need to practice. I'm going to do a short welding course in September (unless I have a welder by then and re-learnt those forgotten skills). Apparently welding is like riding a bicycle, once you've learnt you'll never forget...
It's frustrating. Having the idea ready to go - but missing the one crucial element.
